Do to all of your insights here I decided to recollect on the Garelick Pole . I do like it because it is lite weight and when your first get them they work great. Cones transfer easy.Can set to perfect height for poling windows and skylites. Beautiful.Couldn’t be better. Then I realized the first thing to wear out is that black handle.Thats when it starts to fall apart for me. If I wash the pole off I can’t take it indoors because water holds up in it and drips out as soon as I extend it. Not cool on that white carpet of Mrs Hansens who’s looking at you because she just got her carpets cleaned. She keeps following you around the house with that snippy dog that keeps barking at you. And that black handle starts moving up and down the pole . That is annoying too. Even if you wipe it down it leaks water out. Not cool. It starts acting like a suction device.Have you ever noticed that? That black handle has to be improved. That’s one thing. You could have an indoor pole and an outdoor pole but the outdoor pole could still have problems with binding do to water and gutter dirt ect.
