The contact us traveling crane is applied in the construction of ring rail cranes, used for lifting and transporting various engineering and construction lifting machinery and equipment involved in the installation and dismantling process of ring rail cranes. During use, the customer found that the electric chain hoist had a problem of slipping due to the lifting load. In this article, the editor of Beijing Lieying Hoisting Machinery Equipment Group Co., Ltd., an electric chain hoist manufacturer, will answer any technical questions that may arise during the use process.

Electric Chain Hoists

After working for a period of time, the electric chain hoist may experience a problem of slipping at the rated load during lifting, which is a normal phenomenon. The reason for this phenomenon is the wear of the safety clutch and the small margin of rated load. After this phenomenon occurs, you can do this: please open the gearbox cover, adjust the compression nut, and ensure that the slipping load is equal to 1.3-1.5 times the rated load. This operation can solve the problem and avoid delaying the construction progress of the ring rail crane.
