Differences in the effectiveness of exhaust gas treatment

Anti-Corrosion : The electroplating enclosed room can effectively isolate the metal surface from contact with air and moisture by coating the surface with an organic polymer film during the electroplating process, thereby reducing the corrosion of the electroplated parts. The metal surface of an unsealed room is exposed to the air and is prone to chemical reactions with oxygen and water, leading to rust and corrosion problems.

Corrosion resistance: The metal surface of the enclosed room is isolated from the outside world and is not easily corroded by corrosive gases or chemicals in the environment, so it has good corrosion resistance. The metal surface of an unsealed room is prone to corrosion, leading to a decrease in surface quality and a shortened lifespan.

Appearance effect: The surface of electroplated parts in enclosed rooms is usually smoother and smoother, with bright and beautiful colors. Not enclosing the room may result in surface defects such as unevenness, bubbles, and bumps.

Specific measures for exhaust gas treatment

Closed room:

1.Gas collection system: Install a closed gas collection hood above the tank of the electroplating production line to ensure effective collection of exhaust gases.
2.Multi stage washing tower: using an acid-base spray tower, first acid mist washing is carried out, followed by alkaline washing to neutralize acidic gases, and then residual alkaline substances are removed by washing with clean water.
3.Activated carbon adsorption: Install an activated carbon adsorption tower to perform deep adsorption treatment on organic waste gas.
4.Emission monitoring: Set up online monitoring equipment to ensure that the treated exhaust gas meets emission standards 23.

Non enclosed room:

Waste gas is prone to escape into the surrounding environment, making it difficult to effectively collect and treat, resulting in environmental pollution and health risks.

Practical application cases

Precision Electronic Electroplating Company: Through gas collection system, multi-stage washing tower, activated carbon adsorption and emission monitoring, the working environment in the workshop has been significantly improved, and the surrounding air pollution has been reduced.

Automotive parts electroplating factory: By using local ventilation, chemical washing towers, fiber filters, and catalytic oxidation technology, the problem of exhaust emissions has been solved and the health level of employees has been improved.

Hardware electroplating factory: Through fully enclosed production lines, wet scrubbing towers, and activated carbon adsorption regeneration systems, it has achieved compliance with exhaust emissions standards and reduced complaints from surrounding residents.

In summary, electroplating enclosed rooms have significantly better exhaust gas treatment effects than non enclosed rooms, effectively reducing corrosion, improving corrosion resistance, and enhancing appearance. At the same time, scientific exhaust gas treatment measures are taken to ensure environmental compliance.
